Carboline Pyrocrete products offer a level of unparalleled performance in the refinery and petrochemical industries. Pyrocrete 241 and 240 High Yield are recommended for use in nuclear power plants. Pyrocrete 241 has been the industry leader for over 31 years and is the most widely specified fireproofing product in the industry today.
PYROCRETE 241 and PYROCRETE 240 HIGH YIELD
Cementitious inorganic fireproofing formulations, single powder components mixed with clean, potable water before application. Recommended for structural steel, bulkheads, and upgrading the fire resistance of existing concrete. Recommended areas of application are refineries, petrochemical, pharmaceutical facilities, pulp and paper mills, offshore platforms, nuclear and conventional power plants, factories, warehouses, institutional and biomedical facilities.
PYROCRETE 40
A cementitious inorganic polymer fireproofing formulation, a single powder component mixed with clean, potable water before it is used in application. Recommended for structural steel, bulkheads, and upgrading the fire resistance of any existing concrete. Recommended areas of application are pharmaceutical facilities, power plants, penthouses, schools and hospitals, abatement spray and air plenums.
INDUSTRIAL INTUMESCENT • THERMO-LAG 3000
Two component, epoxy based, thermally activated, subliming coatings, which are spray applied directly to primed steel surfaces. Provides a hard, durable aesthetically pleasing finish that allows the shape of the steel to be maintained while providing the specified level of fire resistance. Thermo-Lag 3000 is the most efficient epoxy-based intumescent coating in the market based on UL 1709 and Offshore Certifications.
ARCHITECTURAL INTUMESCENT • A/D FIREFILM III
A decorative, thinfilm fire-resistive coating system for structural steel at interior locations in buildings. During a fire, it expands to form a meringue-like insulating ash. The topcoat component of the system provides a wide range of colors.
THERMO-SORB
A single component, subliming/intumescent, acrylic, thin film, fire resistive coating, which is spray applied directly to primed steel surfaces. Provides a durable, tough, aesthetically pleasing finish that allows the shape of the steel to be maintained while providing the specified level of fire resistance.
NULLIFIRE S605 and NULLIFIRE S606
Single pack, solvent-based intumescent coatings for fire protection of structural steel. Recommended for fireproofing of steel beams, columns, tubes and pipes.
THERMO-LAG 3000 SERIES

TYPE 5MD and TYPE 7GP
A medium density, cementitious, noncombustible, inorganic fireproofing supplied as a single powder component that is mixed with clean, potable water prior to application. Intended for application to interior structural columns, beams, joists, decks, walls, roofs, girders, floors and pre-cast concrete units.
TYPE 7GPTM was specifically formulated for interior high humidity areas. It is resistant to damage and moisture and is an excellent choice for use in high traffic areas, mechanical rooms, swimming pool areas elevator shafts and parking garages.
Type 7HD
A high density, cementitious, noncombustible, inorganic fireproofing supplied as a single powder component that is mixed with clean, potable water prior to application.

TYPE 7HD™ was specifically formulated for interior areas where the potential for high humidity and damage from abuse and severe conditions exists. It is resistant to damage and moisture and is an excellent choice for interior use in high traffic areas, mechanical rooms, swimming pool areas elevator shafts and parking garages.
